Users must provide a valid email address and may use their Google account profile picture for registration. Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials.

4. Use of the Service

The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only. Misuse, including attempts to reverse-engineer or redistribute the Service, is prohibited.

5. User Data

Data entered by users, such as food items, is securely stored on Google Cloud Platform. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Payment and Subscription

All sales are final and non-refundable. A free trial is available for evaluation before purchase.

NutriCounts offers a free trial for users to explore features. Post-trial, users can access the Service by making a one-time annual payment.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NutriCounts does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

NutriCounts is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from Service use.

10. Refund Policy

NutriCounts provides a free trial period to evaluate the Service. Post-purchase, payments are non-refundable.
